Our family-friendly home is in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. Close to everything! Less than 20 minutes to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, COS airport, and The Broadmoor! Let the kids enjoy the large, grassy backyard with huge trees and room to play. At night, retire to the romantic Master Bedroom and king-sized bed. Park INDOORS in the 2-car garage to keep your car warm and dry in the winter, and cool in the summer.
